Brian Fawber

Brian has been an attorney since 2002. He practiced for eight years in downtown Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania fighting for severely injured clients concerning products liability claims, automobile and trucking incidents, and premises liability cases. In 2010 Brian and his wife moved from Pittsburgh to Arizona, where Brian has continued his practice in helping severely injured people and wrongful death.

Brian feels that in providing straightforward advice and ensuring that his clients understand the legal process is of paramount importance. He understands that his clients place, in essence, their future in his hands, and it is his goal to fight harder than any other attorney to represent them successfully. How most people envision a “typical” lawyer as being stuffy, Brian instead prides himself in being down to earth and easily approachable.

Brian has been married since 2005 and loves spending time with his dogs. His passions are all West Virginia sports – his alma mater, the Pittsburgh Steelers, and his job. Brian’s goal is to make all his clients feel completely at ease and comfortable with the process and to ensure that they have complete satisfaction, trust, and the knowledge that they are in the absolute best position they could be in when he is assisting them.
