Rob Kleinschmidt

Lead Trial Attorney

Rob grew up in Naperville, Illinois, and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1979 and his Juris Doctorate in 1982.

He moved to Arizona in 1983, where he defended doctors and hospitals. Rob is a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which recognizes the accomplishments of lawyers who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for their clients.

He has a passion for helping disabled children and served for several years on the Board of Gompers Rehabilitation Center, a rehabilitation center for seriously disabled children and adults, serving as chairman for two years.

How do you like spending your free time?

I like to spend my free time walking and biking, and one of my favorite activities is fishing in Alaska.

What is your favorite food?

I love cooking and eating Italian food.

Who is your favorite sports team?

My favorite teams are the Bears, Cardinals, and Cubs. During March Madness, I root for the University of Illinois.

What is something most people don’t know about you?

I take care of autistic kids on Sunday mornings.
