B.B. vs. Liberty Mutual Insurance

Slip and Fall Case: Our client was getting out of her vehicle when she slipped and fell because an apartment complex allowed the sidewalks and walkways to fall into a state of disrepair. That combined with failure to properly light the area at night, led to our client suffering a significant hand injury that required surgery to correct. Our client choose to litigate the matter and file suit after the other side refused to make an offer that our client felt was appropriate.
