K.A. v. City of Phoenix; State Farm Insurance Company

Multi-Defendant Car Accident Case: This single, hard-working young woman was involved in a traffic accident when the driver of another vehicle ran through a stop sign and crashed into the side of K.A.'s car. The driver blamed the City for allowing a tree to obscure the stop sign. Not surprisingly, the City blamed the driver, which left K.A. with significant injury and two possible defendants each refusing to accept responsibility while they blamed the other. After over a year in the court system, we were able to achieve a worthwhile settlement for this deserving client.
