Motorcycle Accident Case

Motorcycle Accident Case: Motorcyclist injured when City of Phoenix police officer made a U-Turn in front of our client who was heading straight on Pinnacle Peak Road. Client was taken by ambulance to the hospital. Serious foot and shoulder injuries. Defendant would not admit full liability for the incident. We took the depositions of the defendant police officer and were able to get him to make some direct concessions on liability. We also hired a top expert witness to address their attempts to minimize the damages they owed to our client.
