Premises Liability / Slip and Fall Case

Premises Liability / Slip and Fall Case: Client stepped off of unusually dangerous step on walkway at mall. Client sustained a hip fracture. Defendant did not deny the injury, but denied any wrongdoing and denied liability for causing the injury. We used our experience, resources, and hard work to locate a total of four different people who had suffered injury at this same location due to the same defect. We even located and retained an expert witness who had warned the defendant of this dangerous condition years earlier, but the condition was never fixed.
